Dental Acrylizer

The complete acrylizer is a single walled stainless steel construction of heavy gauge. The chamber is fully leak proof argon welded from all corners.

The acrylizer consists of a tap in front for the pouring of wax as per the requirement.  In built immersion type heater helps in achieving the set temperature in a short time period. The immersion heater is linked to a digital microprocessor which controls the temperature & switches off the heating after the set time is over. The instrument is designed to operate on 220V single Phase AC supply(Model with 110V power supply is also available).
